Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! Because our products are print on demand, meaning each item is uniquely printed and produced only once ordered, we handle returns and replacements differently than traditional retail stores. Please read our policy below before making a purchase.

30-Day Policy for Misprints, Damages, or Defects

We have a 30-day policy specifically for items that arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a replacement or refund for these issues.

To be eligible for a resolution, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Buyer’s Remorse, Sizing, and Color Choices

Because every item is custom made to order, we cannot support returns, refunds, or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, wrong color, or simply changed your mind.

Please Note: For direct to garment (DTG) apparel, there is a standard industry tolerance of 0.5 inches for print placement. Minor variations in the exact placement of the print are normal and are not considered defects.

Damages and Issues (How to File a Claim)

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at Support@midafmerch.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To help us process your request quickly, please include:

  1. Your order number.

  2. Clear photos of the damaged or defective item.

  3. Note: If your issue affects multiple products using the same design, we require an additional photo (or video) showing all affected items visible in one single frame for confirmation purposes.

Unsuccessful Deliveries

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout or an unsuccessful delivery attempt by the carrier, you can opt for either a reprint (subject to an extra shipping charge) or a partial refund.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned under any circumstances, such as custom personalized products, sale items, and gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds and Processing

If a refund is approved for a defective or unsuccessful delivery issue, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
