Thank you for shopping with Mid and Funny Merch! Because our items are print on demand, each product is custom made just for you once an order is placed. This means our delivery timeline is divided into two distinct parts: production time and transit time.
Please review our shipping guidelines below to understand how your order is processed, shipped, and delivered.
1. Shipping Destinations
At this time, Mid and Funny Merch only ships to addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. We do not offer international shipping right now, though we may open up international ordering and global delivery options in the future.
2. Order Processing and Multi Item Shipments
Before your order ships, it must be custom printed and undergo quality control inspections.

Standard Production Time: Most items are produced and packaged within 2 to 5 business days.

Peak Season Production Time: During high volume holiday periods, production may take 5 to 7 business days.
Production timelines exclude weekends and holidays.
Our system always attempts to group all ordered products together wherever possible, fulfilling them at a single production location. However, your order may be split and fulfilled across multiple facilities under certain conditions:

Unique Item Capabilities: Your order contains different product variants that must be handled by specific facilities due to unique printing capabilities.

Temporary Stock Issues: A printing partner is temporarily out of stock of a specific product variant or color, or is experiencing technical issues.
If grouping all items at one location is not possible, we may split your order between multiple fulfillment locations. If this happens, your items may arrive in separate packages at slightly different times. Shipping prices will always follow our standard first item plus next item rule, ensuring your shipping costs do not increase if your order is split.
3. Shipping Times (Transit)
Estimated shipping times begin after the production phase is complete and the carrier picks up your package.

Standard US Shipping: 2 to 5 business days using standard ground carriers such as USPS, UPS, or DHL.
Please note that these timeframes are estimates provided by our shipping carriers. Delivery windows are not guaranteed, and actual delivery times may vary due to weather events or carrier delays.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the destination address, item weight, and specific product type.
Please Note: Our shipping rates are set directly by our fulfillment networks and carrier services. We do not determine these shipping rates, and they are subject to change at any time without prior notice to reflect fluctuating carrier fees, fuel surcharges, or seasonal adjustments.
To give you a general idea of standard domestic apparel shipping costs:

First Item: Standard US shipping for a single t-shirt or sweatshirt typically starts around $4.00 to $4.75.

Additional Items: Adding more items of the same product type to your cart adds a discounted rate of roughly $2.00 to $2.40 per additional item, even if the items are split between different production facilities.
The exact total for your specific items will be clearly displayed on the payment screen before you complete your purchase.
5. Lost, Damaged, and Returned Orders
Your satisfaction is our priority, and we have specific guidelines to protect your orders:

Damaged or Defective Items: If an item arrives misprinted, physically broken, or defective, please contact us at Support@midafmerch.com within 30 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the damage. If the issue affects multiple items with the same design, please provide a photo or video showing all affected items together in a single frame. We will gladly arrange a free reprint or a refund.

Lost Packages: If your tracking status stops updating for more than 14 business days, please notify us so we can investigate and file a claim. If a package is deemed lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

Incorrect Addresses and Carrier Returns: Please verify your shipping details at checkout. If a carrier returns a package to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or an unsuccessful delivery attempt, you can choose to have the item reprinted and reshipped (subject to an additional shipping fee) or receive a partial refund.
6. Additional Information and Industry Tolerances

Print Alignment: For direct to garment (DTG) printed apparel, there is a standard manufacturing tolerance of 0.5 inches for print placement. Minor, sub-half-inch variations in the exact placement of a design are a natural part of the custom printing process and are not classified as defects.

Order Modifications: Because our system routes orders to production quickly, we are generally unable to cancel or modify shipping addresses, sizes, or colors once an order is placed. Please review your cart carefully before completing your purchase.
